The X11 LE VSS Complete is available in the Vehicle Specific System platform (VSS) for virtually hundreds of different Years, Make & Models of vehicles seen on the road today. The VSS platform provides a much faster & easier understood installation compared to the "universal" type systems commonly available today. A VSS platform eliminates the need to wire the system for the specific vehicle its going to be installed into and provides a VSS guide that indicates, step-by-step, which wire from the system goes to what wire in the vehicle, where that wire is in the vehicle, and how to verify it (test it) using the supplied test probe.

Built-In Anti-Grind Circuit: Prevents driver from entering the vehicle and accidentally trying to restart the vehicle with a key when the vehicle is already running by the remote starter system
Horn Confirmation: Locking, Unlocking or during Remote Start activation, the system will pulse the vehicles horn for a audio confirmation (This feature can be turned OFF if desired) .
RED System Status LED. Commonly mounted in the dash, to the right of the steering column, this extra bright RED LED flashes after the system is armed to assist as a visual deterrent.
Quick Stop Mode: This feature allows the vehicle to remain running after the key has been removed from the ignition. This feature is useful for occasions when you wish to exit and lock the vehicle for short periods of time but would like to leave the motor running and the heat or AC ON.
Parking Lights Flash: Locking, Unlocking or during Remote Start activation, the system will pulse the vehicles parking lights for a visual confirmation. The parking lights will remain on solid when the vehicle is running via the remote starter.
Pathway Illumination: The system will turn on the vehicles parking lights for 30 seconds after the doors have been remotely unlocked and for 10 seconds after they have been locked (This feature can be turned OFF if desired).
Car Finder Feature: Locate your vehicle in crowded parking lots. Activating the Car Finder Feature will pulse the vehicles horn 4X and flash the vehicles parking lights.
Panic Mode: Holding the remotes lock button down for 3 seconds will activate the systems panic mode in case of emergency which will rapidly pulse the vehicles horn.
20 Minute Remote Start Run Time: Installer adjustable to 5, 10 or 30 minutes.
Auto Door Locking when ignition is turned ON: The system can be set to automatically lock the vehicles doors when the ignition is turned ON and/or Unlock the doors with the ignition turned OFF. This feature is completely OFF by default.
Diesel Compatible: 10 second Glow-Plug warm up delay. Installer adjustable to 15 or 20 seconds.
Built-In 3 Minute Turbo Timer Cool Down Mode: Installer Adjustable to 1 or 5 minutes.
3 Hour Auto Start Ability: The X10 system can be set to automatically remote start a vehicle every 3 hours. Installer adjustable to every 2 hours.
Safety Remote Start ON/OFF Toggle Switch: Supplied switch that when it is placed in the OFF position, turns OFF the remote starter feature of the system, yet allows the keyless entry functions enabled.
Remote Power Trunk, Hatch or Back Glass Activation.
4 Additional Negative Auxiliary Outputs: Each one of the systems 4 auxiliary outputs can independantly be set to 1 of 5 output settings: 1) 1 Second Pulse 2) Latched w/Ignition Reset 3) Latched for as long as the button is pressed 4) 15 Seconds 5) 30 Seconds.
OEM (Factory) Alarm Disarm Output: The X10 VSS Remote's will control factory installed alarm systems.
Complete Installation Kit: Any needed Bypass Kit for the specific vehicle is Included. Safety Remote Start ON/OFF Toggle Switch: Supplied micro-switch that when placed in the OFF position, turns OFF the remote starter feature of the system but keeps all other system features fully working.
Safety Brake Input: Shuts down the remote starter if the vehicles brake pedal is stepped on before the ignition is turned on.
Built-in 2 or 3 Hour Remote Start Timer: The CA-6550 VSS has the ability to start a vehicle every 2 or 3 hours over a 48 hour period. 3 Hour default setting. Installer programmable to 2 hours option.
Silent Choice: 1 press of the lock or unlock button will silently lock or unlock the vehicles doors and just flash the vehicles parking lights and a second press of either button will beep the vehicles horn.
Remote Start Activation Chirp: ON or OFF choice. Installer programmable option.
Flashing RED Status LED: Built into the CA-6550 Antenna, no drilling for the LED needed.
