Absolutely No Returns are accepted without a Return Authorization Number issued by an AutoAlarmPro.com representative. Any parts, accessories, full VSS systems or their associated parts etc. returned without prior authorization will be treated as abandoned.
 
All Coverage is Limited to defective parts replacement only and excludes any and all incidental and consequential damages therewith including, but not limited to, installation labor, removal and/or re-installation costs. No refunds are provided for reasons of inability to perform the required installation, privately or professionally, including inability to complete installation due to defective product. AutoAlarmPro.com reserves the right to provide warranted products with replacement(s) equal to, or greater than the original item purchased or a pro-rated refund will be issued if a specific model or system becomes unavailable due to OEM design changes or if the product is no longer manufactured. Any & All Warranties will be rendered void if the manufacturer of the specific product has claimed bankruptcy and/or is no longer doing business in the USA. Furthermore, since the VSS products & services AutoAlarmPro.com provides are specialty made-to-order, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is shipped. While we are willing to consider certain circumstances, please note that in order to protect the integrity of our offerings, all refund requests are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and would be subject to cancellation, shipping & set-up labor fees. Absolutely no amount of monetary reimbursements are considered after 60 days of purchase. Purchase & Installation of any product from AutoAlarmPro.com requires individual accountability, competence, adequate skills and suitable abilities. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or installer to meet and accept the requirements necessary for the products proper application and any liabilities involved. Our only claim and guarantee is that any VSS system purchased from AutoAlarmPro.com will be compatible to and can be installed into the specific vehicle in which it was purchased for and that our systems are "easier" to install due to the VSS designed platform and should not be misconstrued as an "easy" or "no-brainer", anyone-can-do-it interpretation or presentation.
