When trying to find the right replacement remote, knowing the Brand & Model of system that's installed on your vehicle is generally needed, but if you don't know this information and you have an existing remote to your system, all you have to do is make sure that the "FCC ID" Number on the back of your existing remotes case matches the new replacement remotes FCC ID number and the amount of buttons on each remote matches.
