All Warranty Returns MUST also include a Description of the Problem with the Year, Make & Model of the Vehicle the System was Installed in.
RA CLAIM TICKET NUMBER TO BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN PACKAGING.
